SMART Ink 5.21 and SMART Product Drivers 12.19

These latest updates provide added support for new Hardware and address multiple performance and startup issues with SMART Ink.

Feature Highlights (Windows & macOS)

Language Support

Added Croatian (hr-HR) as a supported language

Hardware Support

  • Added support for SMART Board T Pro series interactive displays
  • SMART Ink no longer includes standard support for SMART Board 4000 and E70 series interactive displays. Users can re-enable support for these displays in SMART Ink Settings. However, enabling this option may cause SMART Ink to perform poorly whenever monitors or SMART Boards are connected or disconnected (for example, when Windows display configuration changes).

Resolved Issues

Below is a high-level overview of the key fixes included in this release of SMART Product Drivers and SMART Ink:

  • Resolved multiple performance and startup issues with SMART Ink and high CPU usage in Windows.
  • This update resolves an issue with the firmware updater in previous versions of SMART Product Drivers that was preventing calibration on some SMART Board displays on macOS.
