iQ 4.7.2 SP1 for AM60

SMART is releasing an update to iQ 4.7.2 to address the following issues. Devices will begin receiving this update automatically via OTA starting on August 17, 2026.

Highlights

Security update to ASB 2026-07-05 and Android Mainline 2026-05.

Resolved issues

There is no audio on external inputs when mic access is disabled within Android.
The AM60 OPS appliance does not identify itself correctly to connected external computers via a USB touch cable. This may result in incorrect touch behavior.
Occasionally, a "TouchPanel isn't responding" error message appears and touch stops working on an external input connected directly to the AM60.

Known issues

After rebooting an AM60 OPS appliance in a SMART Board 7000 series display, the video image appears scrambled. As a workaround, shutting down the system using the host display’s main rocker power switch and then turning it back on typically resolves this issue.
